UK Returns

We hope you love PSN8 and are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day from receipt returns policy for UK customers for products purchased from us directly. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We can accept returns only if the chocolate is in the original unopened wrapper and in the original box. 

We will examine the returned product and will notify you by email if your refund has been approved or not. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. This will be using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your PSN8 upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item. If the goods on receipt are damaged or faulty on receipt, please contact us.
